Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policyfor all EU customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rcdoctors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You’ll be obliged to ship the package within 14 days from the day on which you requested the return. You’ll bear the shipping costs and be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the items until their return to RCDOCTORS. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide us with proof that you have sent us the item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective items
We are liable for the defects and/or the lack of the agreed properties of the items sold through this Site, in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code. We expressly reserve the right to confirm the defect of the items by our specialized technicians.
Once we verify that the item is defective, you will be entitled: (a) to request, without charge, the repair or replacement of the item with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, (b) to request a price deduction or (c) to ask for a refund (right of withdrawal), excluding those cases where the defect is insignificant.
We won’t be liable for defective items in case we have notified you about the defect prior to the delivery and you chose to receive it.
Receiving a wrong item
In case you receive the wrong item and we request its return, you are obliged to return it within 7 days. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.
In case you refuse or delay the return of the item in question for a period of more than 7 days, your refusal will constitute a declaration of intent to buy the item and you will be obliged to pay its full purchase price.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g., custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), sealed products which have been unsealed after their delivery and aren’t suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and used products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
