Shipping policy

 The delivery of goods occurs regularly on a dispatch route and to the delivery address specified by the buyer. During completion of the transaction the delivery address specified in the order of the vendor is decisive.

If the shipping company returns the goods to the seller as a delivery to the buyer was not possible, the buyer bears the costs for the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal by delivery refusal, if he is not responsible for the circumstances which have led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the delivery, unless the seller had announced the delivery a reasonable time in advance.

 For collection the seller informs the buyer via e-mail about the fact that the ordered goods are available for collection. Upon receipt of this e-mail, the buyer can pick up the goods after consultation with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The seller does not guarantee the delivery time and is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
